Anglicare
Purple Data audited Anglicare’s reporting practices and optimised reporting compliance. Minimum Data Set (MDS) reporting was evaluated and areas for improvement identified. Ana provided one-on-one training for staff on client management system The Care Manager (TCM) and implemented MDS training, guidelines, checklists, flow charts, reporting tools and processes across all service areas.
Karimbla Restaurant
Karimbla Restaurant provides food services to Home and Community Care (HACC) clientele of frail aged, younger people with disabilities and their carers. Purple Data developed a tailored technology solution that allowed Karimbla to record its daily services in order to maximise funding opportunities and manage staffing levels. This included the design and development of templates and forms that integrated seamlessly with existing applications.
Meals on Wheels Sutherland Shire
Purple Data worked with the Meals on Wheels management to evaluate MDS outputs. This involved investigating statistics, reporting possible failures, correcting data where required and providing necessary advice and training to maintain the integrity of the system.

Purple Data worked with Chesalon Services to generate accurate and consistent MDS outputs across all regions, to improve strategic planning and performance management. Services include MDS data mapping; analysis of services and programs in TCM; user consultation and training; and standardisation of reporting.
